Getting Fit (:
Well a few days ago I was assigned a behavior change project for my health class and I have decided that I am going to start going to the gym a lot more to try to lose twenty pounds in about two months. This is very important to me for many reasons, I would like to not have so much joint pain in my knees they are already bad enough, I want to be able to wear whatever I want and not have to worry about it and I also would like to not hide behind my weight I want to be like I used to and be fun and out there and not worry about what people think of me. I need to start living a healthier lifestyle and I am hoping that this project will help me with it. I would love it if people supported me and helped keep me on track will all of this because I have realized that there are so many unhealthy choices in college and that I need to start making the right decisions and start working out and eating healthier. From this day on untill I get to the ideal weight that I want I plan to drink no more sodas and only drink water, I also plan to go to the gym three times a week and eat so much healthier.
